MicroStrategy $(MSTR)$: A rise in bitcoin prices boosted shares of the crypto-buying software company in premarket trading. Shares of Coinbase $(COIN)$, which is due to file earnings late Thursday, also jumped.
AppLovin (APP): The tech company's earnings per share blew past estimates, boosted by its ad business. Shares jumped more than 14% premarket.
Cleveland-Cliffs $(CLF)$: The steelmaker will pause or slow operations at plants after reporting a quarterly loss. Shares sold off ahead of the open.
Fortinet $(FTNT)$: The cybersecurity company reported higher profit than expected, and its revenue rose. However, shares fell 8.5% before the bell.
Ford $(F)$: The carmaker raised prices for three of vehicles, as automakers scramble to adjust to President Trump's tariffs on vehicles and parts.
Carlyle $(CG)$, ConocoPhillips $(COP)$, Shopify $(SHOP)$ and Warner Bros Discovery $(WBD)$ are due to report earnings before the opening bell, followed by Lyft $(LYFT)$ after the close.
