** PTON posted Q3 loss per share of 12 cents, bigger than analysts' estimates of 6 cents per share, according to data compiled by LSEG
** PTON lowered its annual outlook for app-based subscriptions to 540,000 to 550,000, a decline of 30,000 at midpoint
** However, co raises 2025 revenue forecast to $2.46 bln to $2.47 bln, an increase of $7.5 mln at the midpoint from its previous forecast
** 7 of 22 brokerages rate PTON "buy" or higher, 14 "hold" and one "sell"; their median PT is $9 - LSEG data
** As of last close, stock down 19.77% YTD
