A winding-up petition hearing against Huscoke (HKG:0704) has been further adjourned to June 9, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The coke producer is currently in amicable negotiations with the petitioner and the parties have reached a preliminary consensus on a settlement proposal.

Petitioner China Cinda (HK) Asset Management had filed the petition earlier this year over an alleged outstanding payment.
