Costamare (CMRE) said Wednesday that it completed the spin-off of its dry bulk business into a new standalone company called Costamare Bulkers (CMDB).

Costamare Bulkers shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and started trading on Wednesday, according to Costamare.

CMRE shares were up 3.4% in recent trading.
