Consumer products manufacturer 3M India (NSE:3MINDIA, BOM:523395) has appointed Nikhil Arora as chief financial officer and key managerial personnel with effect from Monday, according to a same-day disclosure to the Indian stock exchanges.

Prasad Balakrishnan, who was appointed as interim CFO with effect from Jan. 30, has stepped down from the position. He will continue in his role as regional finance controller.

The company's shares were up over 1% in recent trade.
