Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST) said its acquisition of De Grey Mining by way of a Court-approved scheme of arrangement was completed on May 5, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.

De Grey is expected to delist from the Australian bourse at the close of trading on May 6, the filing said.

Northern Star's shares fell 1% in recent Monday trade.
