Nippon Prologis REIT (TYO:3283) has repurchased 36,147 investment units, totaling 8.49 billion yen, between Feb. 28 and April 30, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The purchases were made on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under a discretionary transaction agreement with a securities broker. The REIT's buyback program, which allows for the acquisition of up to 50,000 units and 10 billion yen, continues through May 23.
