0839 GMT - Municipal bonds offer attractive relative value, says Morgan Stanley Investment Management in a note. Following April's selloff, yields in the municipal bond market are well above one standard deviation wide compared to the index's five-year average, it says. "From a relative value perspective, muni-to-Treasury ratios look increasingly attractive, rising to over 90% on some parts of the curve," it says. (emese.bartha@wsj.com)
