Aedge Group (SGX:XVG) will issue 1,950,000 shares to Foo Tiang Ann, an existing shareholder of the company, at an issue price of SG$0.26 per share, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The subscription will raise gross proceeds of around SG$507,000 and will be completed in three business days following the issuance of a listing and quotation notice.

Proceeds will be used to fund investment properties businesses and for working capital needs.
