Rich Capital (SGX:5G4) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Yi Chengshu to dispose 100% of its stake in Rich Batam for SG$1, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Rich Batam is involved in the business of real estate development and has an 80% interest in Oxley Batam which is held by Oxley International.
