Sunac China (HKG:1918) recorded contracted sales of around 1.1 billion yuan in April, with a contracted sales area of 85,000 square meters, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property firm's average selling price for the month was approximately 12,940 yuan per square meter.

From January to April, contracted sales and sales area reached 11.2 billion yuan and 435,000 square meters, respectively.
