Contemporary Amperex Technology (SHE:300750) released its post-hearing information pack on Tuesday for its initial public offering on the Hong Kong bourse.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the document is filed after the listing hearing and before commencing an IPO.
The battery giant, already listed in Shenzhen, plans to use the proceeds from its Hong Kong IPO to fund the construction of its plant in Hungary, and for working capital, the filing said.
CATL's Hong Kong share sale is seen to fetch at least $5 billion and could be Hong Kong's biggest listing in years, Bloomberg said.
