Procurri (SGX:BVQ) appointed Evolve Capital Advisory as an independent financial adviser in connection to the acquisition of the company by Exeo Global Asset, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The adviser will advise the company's directors and help make recommendations to shareholders for a scheme of arrangement.

Earlier, Exeo made an offer to acquire the IT solutions company's remaining shares for SG$.0.32 in cash per share with a view to delist the company.
