1408 ET - DraftKings' "DK Horse," an app for betting on horse races, was the top free sports app ahead of the Kentucky Derby and reached the third top spot in the entire app store on Saturday night, Bank of America analysts said in a research note. But Sensor Tower data shows the app's downloads on Saturday were down 65% from last year, while rival TwinSpires' downloads fell 18%, the analysts said. These trends are in-line with the broader online sports betting industry as new customer acquisition slows with no new states legalizing online sports betting and cohort maturation in existing states, the analysts said.(kelly.cloonan@wsj.com)
