Dream Finders Homes Closes Acquisition of the Homebuilding Assets of Green River Builders, Inc. in Atlanta
JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 05, 2025--
Dream Finders Homes, Inc. (the "Company", "Dream Finders" or "DFH") (NYSE: DFH) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the majority of the homebuilding assets of Green River Builders, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia ( "Green River Builders"). This acquisition strengthens Dream Finders' existing footprint within the Atlanta homebuilding market, one of the largest and fastest-growing in the United States. The acquisition was formally closed on May 2, 2025.
