Shandong Fengxiang (HKG:9977) has delayed the dispatch of a composite document related to the proposed privatization of the company by Jingyu Enterprise Development (Shandong), a May 2 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The delay comes about as additional time is needed for certain information to be included in the circular to be finalized.
The poultry meat producer and the offeror entered into a merger agreement for the privatization through a merger by absorption on April 11.
