Stagwell (STGW) said Tuesday it has acquired JetFuel, a New York-based experiential marketing agency.
Financial details were not disclosed.
JetFuel will operate as a unit of Stagwell's experiential agency TEAM, the company said.
Shares were edging 0.6% higher in recent trading.
