Country Garden Services Holdings (HKG:6098) agreed to provide revolving loan facilities worth 1 billion yuan to Concrete Win and Fortune Warrior, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The facilities will mature in five years from the date the first loan is granted by the company, with interest accruing at an annual rate of 5%.
The property manager will also enter into a deed of share charge with the borrowers for certain assets, including 543,695,233 shares of the company beneficially held by the borrowers.
The deed of share charge will secure the repayment and settlement of the loan.
