MA Financial Group's (ASX:MAF) MA Asset Management formed a joint venture with Monroe Capital and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking to invest up to $1.7 billion in senior secured loans to US middle market borrowers, according to a Business Wire report Tuesday.
The joint venture's investable capital will be provided by Monroe Capital, SMBC, and MA Financial through managed funds, the report said.
