Growthpoint Properties Australia (ASX:GOZ) updated its funds from operations guidance for the fiscal year ending June 30 to a minimum of AU$0.23 per security from AU$0.223 to AU$0.231 per security, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Meanwhile, fiscal year distribution guidance has been maintained at AU$0.203 per security, the filing said.

Shares rose 4% in morning trade on Thursday.
