While the German mobile market remains highly competitive, Vodafone's fixed-line business in the country shows positive signs, they say. On the other hand, the merger with Three UK might reduce cash flow initially, but it strengthens the investment case over the medium term, they add. Shares are down 2.2% at 71.40 pence.
