Kenvue (KVUE) said Thursday that Amit Banati was named chief financial officer, effective May 12, succeeding Paul Ruh.

Banati most recently served as CFO of Kellanova (K), the company said.

Ruh will remain with Kenvue for a brief period to support the transition.

Shares of Kenvue were up 4% in recent trading.
