Asia Television (HKG:0707) completed the placement of 262,208,000 shares to at least six investors at HK$0.080 apiece to raise net proceeds of around HK$20.6 million, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent roughly 11.76% of the broadcasting company's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm will use proceeds from the placement to pay certain fees and fulfill expenses.
