Lake Resources (ASX:LKE) has formed a special committee to explore strategic options for its Kachi Lithium Brine Project in Argentina, including potential asset sales, mergers, or partnerships, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The move comes as the company seeks to unlock value it says is not reflected in its current market valuation, the filing said.
Goldman Sachs is advising on the process, the filing added.
Shares of the company rose past 3% in recent Wednesday trade.
