Guzman y Gomez (ASX:GYG) expects to exceed its fiscal 2025 after-tax net profit guidance, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The fast food chain reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 guidance of 31 new restaurants in Australia, with corporate restaurant margins of about 18% and a franchise royalty rate of 8.3%,
The company aims to open more than 40 restaurants this year and anticipates earning a franchise royalty rate exceeding 10%.
The company also reiterated its general and administrative costs to network sales ratio guidance of 6.7% for the fiscal year.
