Four Corners Property Trust Inc. $(FCPT)$, a real estate investment trust specializing in high-quality, net-leased restaurant and retail properties, announced the acquisition of three Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers properties for $9.5 million. The acquired properties, located in Georgia's high-traffic corridors, are corporate-operated under long-term, triple net leases with approximately 19 years remaining. The transaction was completed at a 6.6% cap rate on rent as of the closing date, excluding transaction costs.
