CIFI Holdings (Group) (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of around 1.72 billion yuan in April, with a contracted gross floor area (GFA) of 180,000 square meters, respectively, a May 9 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property firm's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 10,200 yuan per square meter.

Attributable contracted sales in April were around 860 million yuan.

From January to April, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 7.16 billion yuan and 716,100 square meters, respectively.
