A joint development by China Vanke's (HKG:2202, SHE:000002) Hong Kong unit and Wing Tai Properties (HKG:0369) launched its UNI Residence project in Sha Tin, Hong Kong, The Standard reported Thursday.
UNI Residence offers 240 units, with 60%, or 144 of them, one-bedroom units, the report said.
The project will begin sales in May, and will offer at least 50 units for the first batch, the report said, citing Wing Tai.
The units will be priced based on new and second-hand residences, the report said.
