Compass Diversified (CODI) late Wednesday disclosed "non-reliance" on its financial statements for fiscal 2024 amid an ongoing internal investigation into its subsidiary, Lugano Holding.
The company also intends to delay its filing of Q1 Form 10-Q.
B. Riley downgraded the company's shares to neutral from buy while adjusting its price target to $18 from $30.
Compass shares sank 59% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 10.5 million from a daily average of about 320,000.
Zoomcar (ZCAR), a marketplace for self-drive car sharing in India, said Thursday its shares and warrants are transitioning to the OTCQX Best Market and the OTCQB Venture Market under the "ZCAR" and "ZCARW" ticker symbols, respectively.
The shares are transitioning from the Nasdaq Global Markets.

Trinseo (TSE) shares sank 36% after the company said late Wednesday its Q1 net loss of $79 million included $25 million of refinancing costs for the debt transactions that closed in January.
More than 1.2 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 313,000.
