BWX Technologies' top finance executive, Robb LeMasters, is leaving the supplier of nuclear components and products.
BWX on Monday said LeMasters, who had been chief financial officer of the Lynchburg, Va., company since 2021 and executive vice president since 2024, has stepped down from those posts.
LeMasters previously served on the BWX board from 2015 to 2020 then took on the role of senior vice president and chief strategy officer before becoming finance chief.
BWX said Michael Fitzgerald, its chief accounting officer, will serve as interim chief financial officer. Fitzgerald, 41 years old, has been vice president of finance and chief accounting officer.
BWX said LeMasters will serve as a special adviser through March 2, 2026, to assist with the transition, adding that he will continue to receive his current annual salary totaling nearly $495,000.
