StoneX Group (SNEX) said Monday that its subsidiary, StoneX Financial Europe GmbH, has entered into a deal to acquire Plantureux et Associes, a Paris-based brokerage firm.

The move gives StoneX a strategic entry into the French agricultural commodities market, the largest grain-producing region in Europe, the company added.

The transaction is still subject to regulatory approval and standard closing conditions. This deal follows other strategic investments by StoneX in Europe, including the recent acquisition of Octo Finances, the company said.
