Mapletree Industrial Trust (SGX:ME8U) completed the divestment of a data center in the US state of Georgia, according to a Saturday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

In an earlier filing, the trust said it had agreed to divest the data center for $11.8 million.

Located within the Northwoods Business Center, the property is a single-story data center with a net lettable area of around 32,740 square feet.

Following the divestment, the trust's portfolio comprises 55 properties in North America.
