Hua Hong Semiconductor (SHA:688347, HKG:1347) posted first-quarter net profit attributable to shareholders of 22.8 million yuan, down 90% from 221.7 million yuan the previous year.
Earnings per share fell to 0.01 yuan from 0.13 yuan, according to a filing with the Shanghai bourse on Friday.
Revenue rose 19% year over year to 3.91 billion yuan from 3.30 billion yuan.
