CNH Industrial NV held its Annual General Meeting on May 12, 2025. Shareholders approved the appointment of Gerrit Marx and the re-appointment of Suzanne Heywood as executive directors. Non-executive directors Elizabeth Bastoni, Howard W. Buffett, Richard J. Kramer, Karen Linehan, Alessandro Nasi, Vagn Sørensen, and Åsa Tamsons were re-appointed. The 2024 financial statements were approved, along with a dividend of $0.25 per common share and the Equity Incentive Plan.
