Entegris (ENTG) said Monday that Bertrand Loy will retire as the company's chief executive and president, effective Aug. 18.
Board member David Reeder will succeed Loy, who will serve as executive chair through the end of Q2 2026, the company said.
Reeder was previously Chewy's (CHWY) CFO, Entegris added.
