Chen Fei resigned as Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine's (HKG:3613) executive deputy general manager and an executive director effective Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The resignation came about due to a change in work arrangement.
The medicine maker, on the same day, named Yue Zheng as an executive director and vice chairman of the board.
Yue has been a part of the Beijing Tong Ren Tang Group in June 2003 and joined the company in September 2022.
