Fine Organic Industries (NSE:FINEORG, BOM:541557) has received board approval to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates that will deal in the business of specialty chemical products, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian bourses.
The company plans to make an initial investment of up to 25 million Indian rupees in the proposed subsidiary, whose name will be detailed after receiving approval from the relevant authorities.
