WisdomTree Commodity Securities Ltd. has announced the issuance of 3,200 new WisdomTree Commodity Securities. The instruments are priced at 80.4350212 each. The new securities are created under the terms provided in the trust instrument between the Issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. These securities are part of a broader issuance framework that may extend up to US$1,000,000,000, equivalent to 1,111,111,111 units.
