Lantronix Inc., a leader in IoT solutions for AI edge intelligence, reported its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2025. The company achieved net revenue of $28.5 million, aligning with its guidance range of $27.0 million to $31.0 million. Despite challenges in the macroeconomic environment, Lantronix continued executing its long-term strategy towards leadership in intelligent edge computing. The third quarter GAAP EPS was reported at a loss of $0.10, a decline compared to a loss of $0.01 in the same quarter of the previous year and a loss of $0.06 in the second quarter of fiscal 2025. Non-GAAP EPS came in at $0.03, down from $0.11 in the third quarter of fiscal 2024 and $0.04 in the second quarter of this fiscal year. Lantronix's business outlook for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 projects revenue between $26.5 million to $30.5 million, with a Non-GAAP EPS ranging from $0.00 to $0.02. In terms of business operations, Lantronix advanced its AI edge intelligence and industrial connectivity initiatives. The company enabled Teledyne/FLIR's AI-driven drone thermal camera, affirming the reliability of its Open-Q™ platform. Additionally, Lantronix expanded its AI-capable compute portfolio by launching the Open-Q™ 8550CS SoM, designed for next-generation industrial and robotics applications, leveraging Qualcomm's advanced QCS8550 processor for enhanced AI/ML performance.
