Victory Capital (VCTR) reported total assets under management Friday of $279.28 billion as of April 30, up from $167.47 billion a month earlier.

For April, average total assets under management was $275.70 billion, the company said.

The company's shares were up nearly 2% in recent Friday premarket activity.
