Yuzhou Group (HKG:1628) recorded sales of 661 million yuan in April, with a corresponding gross floor area (GFA) of 46,766 square meters sold, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The average selling price for the month was 14,135 yuan per square meter.

From January to April, sales and GFA reached 2.60 billion yuan and 172,628 square meters, respectively. The average selling price was 15,035 yuan per square meter.

As of April 30, about 1 million yuan had been subscribed but was still in the process of contract signing.
