The total occupancy rate was reported at 80% as of March 31, 2025, with multifamily properties at 94% occupancy, while commercial properties stood at 53%. The company also noted a reduction in net operating loss, which decreased by $0.7 million from $1.5 million in Q1 2024 to $0.8 million in Q1 2025. This improvement was largely due to a $0.6 million decrease in operating expenses, attributed mainly to lower costs for insurance and property taxes.
