China Galaxy Securities or CGS (HKG:6881, SHA:601881) completed the issue of 4 billion yuan of a short-term commercial paper on Monday, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The commercial paper carries a final coupon rate of 1.66% and will fall due in 92 days.

The Chinese brokerage and investment bank will use proceeds from the issue to supplement its working capital.
