International Flavors & Fragrances Completes Divestiture of Nitrocellulose Business

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) said Friday it has completed the divestiture of its nitrocellulose business, including Walsrode Industrial Park in Germany, to Czechoslovak Group.

The business manufactures nitrocellulose for industrial purposes, the company said.

IFF Chief Executive Erik Fyrwald said the divestiture "enables us to focus on our core businesses."
