Tivan (ASX:TVN) said Chief Financial Officer Jason Giltay will assume the role of chief commercial officer, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
General Manager of Finance Tammie Dixon will succeed Giltay as CFO, the filing said.
The head of Northern Australia, Ellin Lede, will assume the role of chief development officer, the filing added.
