Cisco Systems Inc. has announced its third-quarter results for the period ending April 26, 2025. The company reported a revenue of $14.1 billion, marking an 11% increase compared to the $12.7 billion reported in the same period last year. Net income on a GAAP basis was $2.5 billion, which reflects a 32% increase from the $1.9 billion recorded in the previous year. The GAAP earnings per share $(EPS)$ increased by 35% year over year to $0.62. In terms of non-GAAP results, the company reported a net income of $3.8 billion or $0.96 per share. Product orders increased by 20% year over year, with growth observed across all geographies and customer markets. Cisco also reported that AI infrastructure orders from webscale customers exceeded $600 million, surpassing their $1 billion target earlier than expected. For the fourth quarter of FY 2025, Cisco has provided guidance for revenue to be in the range of $14.5 billion to $14.7 billion. The company expects the GAAP EPS to be between $0.62 and $0.67, while the non-GAAP EPS is anticipated to be between $0.96 and $0.98.
