China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd. has announced a proposed change of auditors, as disclosed in a recent statement. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu is set to retire as the company's auditors after the conclusion of their current term at the upcoming annual general meeting on June 12, 2025. The decision follows over a decade of service from Deloitte, with the Board citing auditor rotation as a sound corporate governance practice. The Board, alongside the audit committee, has recommended the appointment of KPMG as the new auditors, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.
