Informatica (INFA) said Wednesday that it will expand its partnership with Salesforce (CRM) by integrating its Intelligent Data Management Cloud platform with the customer-relationship management software firm's Agentforce digital labor platform.

Financial terms of the new alliance were not disclosed.

Informatica said its data management system will pull together dozens of enterprise systems to help Agentforce users with their sales and service efforts across business-to-business and business-to-consumer transactions.
