Diodes Names Gary Yu CEO; Keh-Shew Lu Remains Chairman

Diodes has named its president, Gary Yu, to succeed Keh-Shew Lu as chief executive of the semiconductor products maker.

Diodes on Wednesday said Lu, who had been CEO of the Plano, Texas, company since June 2005, continues as chairman, a post he has held since May 2022.

Yu joined Diodes in 2008 and assumed the president post from Lu in January 2024.
