日本兩大汽車製造商本田和日產日前發佈最新財報顯示，業績均未達到市場預期。
其中，本田該財年第四財季營業利潤爲735.7億日元，同比暴跌76%；淨利潤爲305.7億日元，同比暴跌87%。不僅如此，本田還預計下一財年營業利潤將下降59%至5000億日元。而日產汽車在截至2025年3月31日的本財年業績由盈轉虧，淨虧損達6709億日元。
面對如此嚴峻的經營狀況，本田表示將推遲加拿大電動汽車投資計劃約兩年。日產則宣佈，計劃到2027財年，在全球範圍內將生產工廠從17個減少至10個，同時裁員約2萬人，裁員人數佔集團員工總數的15% 左右，涉及製造、銷售及研發等多個部門。
究其原因，美國關稅舉措是重要影響因素。美國繼4月份對日本整車進口加徵25%關稅後，又將汽車零部件納入加稅清單，使得日本車企生產成本大幅上漲，即便在美國設有生產基地的企業，負擔也隨之加重。
行業專家認爲，日本車企正在遭遇美國貿易壁壘、新能源汽車轉型投入高等多重壓力。目前，豐田、馬自達等其他日本車企也在調整全球產能佈局，業界預計汽車行業或將迎來新一輪重組潮。

三星電子斥資15億歐元收購FläktGroup
Samsung Electronics Spent 1.5 Billion Euros to Acquire FläktGroup據外媒報道，韓國企業三星電子本週三宣佈，已同意以15億歐元（16.8億美元）的價格從歐洲投資公司Triton手中收購德國製冷和供暖解決方案提供商FläktGroup的全部股份。According to foreign media reports, South Korean company Samsung Electronics on Wednesday announced that it would acquire all shares of German-based FläktGroup, a heating and cooling solutions provider, for 1.5 billion euros ($1.68 billion) from European investment firm Triton.
三星表示，隨着市場的快速增長，此次收購將有助於擴大其在供暖、通風和空調領域的業務。Samsung said the acquisition would help it expand in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning business as the market experiences rapid growth.
三星還表示，由於生成式人工智能、機器人、自動駕駛和其他技術的廣泛應用，預計數據中心需求將持續增長。Samsung also said it anticipates sustained growth in data center demand due to the proliferation of generative AI, robotics, autonomous driving and other technologies.
微軟將裁員約6000人
Microsoft Laying Off about 6,000 People
據外媒報道，當地時間5月13日，美國微軟公司表示，將在各個級別、團隊和地區裁員3%，受影響人數約爲6000人。
According to foreign media reports, on May 13 local time, Microsoft said that it’s laying off 3% of employees across all levels, teams and geographies, affecting about 6,000 people.
據報道，此舉或是微軟自2023年裁員1萬人以來規模最大的一輪裁員。It’s likely Microsoft’s largest round of layoffs since the elimination of 10,000 roles in 2023, according to the report.
報道還指出，近年來，由於微軟在支持人工智能服務和Azure雲計算業務的數據中心方面投入巨資，公司面臨着控制成本的壓力。The report also pointed out that in recent years, due to Microsoft's huge investment in data centers that support artificial intelligence services and Azure cloud computing business, the company has faced pressure to control costs.
